Heavenly Hosts
Throughout 2010, the Fox Valley Unity Events & Marketing Committee will be co-ordinating monthly events through our Heavenly Hosts program.
Heavenly Host Events are events that you, members of our congregation host for an evening or afternoon of fun and fund raising. Heavenly Host events are designed to build community, camaraderie and capital at Fox Valley Unity.
Join us each month. Information and tickets will be available at the Heavenly Host table in the Fellowship area.

MORNING OF SPIRITUAL RENEWAL

Retreat: 9:00am – 12:30 pmThis special mini-retreat is designed to breathe some spiritual energy into your otherwise hectic daily schedule. You’ll have the opportunity to stop, meditate, reflect, and renew yourselves as you pause to savor some “God-time” before going back to all your activities.
A wonderful treat to give to yourself especially if you have not been able to take the time for a longer retreat.
Continental breakfast and lunch included.
Retreat fee - $30.00

EASTER FEAST
Sunday, March 28Join us after service in our annual Easter Feast. Everyone is invited to this joyous celebration.

MUSIC TEAM: “The Fire Concert”

7-9 pmA musical experience featuring our very talented Music Team and other local musicians. More than a concert! This event, produced by Gerard Brill, will be a visual and auditory production to delight and inspire. Save this date and look for more details and ticket sales shortly.

We will have several opportunities in the coming months .
Volunteer Service
• Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans
The first Thursday of every month Volunteers from Fox Valley Unity will be serving dinner at the Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans.
•Feed The Kids
This month we’re collecting dry cereals, peanut butter and jellies and jams for Humanitarian Service Project in Carol Stream. This collection is to support their “Feed the Kids” program. All donations need to be at church by Sunday, March 28th and should be placed on the table in the fellowship area.

Sacred Chant Circle

DRUMMING CIRCLE

Come join your rhythms with our rhythms, and let us become as one vibration, one sound, one song for an evening of drumming, dancing, and singing, so we can be reminded together of the one Song that plays always on our behalf.
Bring: A small snack or finger food to share.
Don't have a drum? Come trust spirit to provide you with the means to participate. No One left behind.
Volunteers always welcome to help clean up or organize the flow of food etc. Please contact Rob Orland with questions or call Fox Valley Unity (630-879-1115).
